HamieNET
Literally any DAW (FL Studio is an example)
You can even play them back on your computer. only downside is, like i said, that it sounds different on every device
especially on phones dear god-
MIDIs are a strange, niche interest of mine... i love making and collecting them, i also unironically think they sound great
